Sorry About Flash and All but Still, Nice to Meet You “Chrome for ‘Droid” (Page 1)

The bigger a company gets, their launch videos get all the funnier. They grow some sort of ego, that’s easy to understand, but still the supposition that the world is an unhappier place without them, such as Google’s latest: “This is Chrome… it’s the faster, simpler way to use the web on your computer” OK, so this part’s just fine, it continues: “But what if you’re away from your computer doing stuff…you love to do stuff, what then?”
OK there is a notion here that suggests they are the only outlet of “stuff to do”. I don’t know about everyone else but I was a total mess before Chrome for Android came along, so thank the heavens for you and you new free public beta release.
Assuming we can do anything we want using Chrome for Android, we still can’t do one little but important thing, and that is to use Flash.
Adobe confirmed the following in a statement:
Today Google introduced Chrome for Android Beta. As we announced last November, Adobe is no longer developing Flash Player for mobile browsers, and thus Chrome for Android Beta does not support Flash content. Flash Player continues to be supported within the current Android browser.
