What is and isn’t the iCloud?
This is a cloud server system and the way it should be… and this is how Apple puts it. Let’s just put aside what has been stated for a bit and take a look at the automated and effortless system called the iCloud.
What is iCloud? iCloud is Apples infrastructure for sharing between Apples mobile and desktop devices that use the iOS5 operating system. In this substructure, data does not simply travel between devices. This infrastructure, which is compatible with almost all of Apples applications, allows you to transfer your content to all of your other sharing platforms.
But let us not forget that iCloud is not simply a backup system as in it is not simply a backup of the content on the internet and its capacity won’t allow for this anyway.
iCloud is a system that allows you to share and transfer the songs you have bought, the photos you have taken, your calendar information, the content you have produced and your phonebook data (amongst many other things) automatically between your Apple platforms.
